A space for your creative muse.
Through grounding into our bodies with tea and mindfulness practice, we will engage our senses before going to a creative writing flow. With the space set up to be your creative muse, we will use the inspiration to flow through us and let go of any judgment or force. This process allows us to be surprised by our creative ideas and ground them through written and verbal expression.
We will serve unlimited tea of Rooted’s creative flow (sage and ginkgo) and grounding nourishment (tulsi & lemon balm) to use the support of tea & plants to open and ground our ideas as they flow through us.
Each ticket includes a tea to take home and enjoy!

Through grounding into our bodies and engaging our senses, we will go into a creative flow of writing. We will let go of judgement and let what words want to come flow through us. Come inspire your creativity, and connect with an open-loving community. There is a power in storytelling through our own voices and tapping into our creativity in community. This is a space for exploration, connection, and celebrating the power of language.
Join us and let your voice be heard! There will be a share time at the end, feel free to bring a poem that you’ve written or resonates with you. Or share what you wrote in class!
